Intellectual property

All content on this website (text, images, graphic design and source code) belongs to Elena Vives or is used under license. It may not be reproduced, distributed, publicly communicated or transformed without the owner's express permission.

Limitation of liability

The owner is not liable for any damage arising from interference, interruptions, computer viruses or other circumstances beyond their control. The content of this site is informational and does not replace professional medical advice.

We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation 2016/679) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), regardless of where you live.

Processing is based on the explicit consent you give by checking the box on the sign-up form (Art. 6.1.a GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time.

Retention

We keep your data while your subscription is active. After you unsubscribe, it is deleted within 30 days.

Sharing with third parties

We never sell or share your data. It is only processed by our email marketing provider, MailerLite (MailerLite Limited), which stores data in the EU under GDPR safeguards.

3. Emails and newsletter

By signing up you agree to receive periodic emails with content about somatic health, new books and promotions of Elena Vives's books. Every email includes a link to unsubscribe instantly and for free. You can also unsubscribe at any time by writing to info@elenavives.com.

We will never send spam or share your email address with third parties for advertising.

This website uses essential technical storage (which doesn't require consent) and, only if you accept it in the cookie banner, Google Analytics 4 analytics cookies.
